Client Obligations

Clients must also provide any necessary login credentials for any third-party platforms that we may require access to during the campaign. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their website is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment
Clients must pay for our services in advance, as agreed upon in their proposal or invoice. Payments must be made in full and on time. In the event of a late payment, Majestic Outreach reserves the right to suspend or terminate any ongoing services.
Campaign Approval
We will not commence work on a campaign until the client has approved a proposal and agreed to the terms outlined in the proposal. Once work has commenced, any changes to the campaign may incur additional fees.
Results
While we strive to achieve the best results possible for our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results. Any estimated results provided in a proposal are based on our best professional judgment and should be considered as projections only.
Confidentiality
Majestic Outreach respects the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any information to third parties without prior consent from the client. This includes all information related to campaigns and any personal information shared with us during the course of our business relationship.
Termination
Either party may terminate a campaign at any time with written notice. Clients will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.
Intellectual Property
Any content, designs, or intellectual property created during the course of a campaign will remain the property of Majestic Outreach until payment is received in full. Once payment is received in full, clients will own the rights to any content, designs, or intellectual property created during the course of the campaign.
Limitation of Liability
Majestic Outreach will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or data, arising out of the use of our services. Clients assume all risks associated with the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the state of California.
